In the cool shadow of Etna’s northern flanks, Mamma Ombra reveals Grenache reborn—lighter, more ethereal than its sun-drenched kin. Small red fruits gleam like embers in twilight, entwined with dark petals, ripe strawberry, and a breath of spice carried on mineral winds. The palate flows lively and succulent, relaxed yet profoundly etched with volcanic earth.
